Nursing Care

Homelands offers full spectrum healthcare and nursing support for residents so that so they may maintain or recover optimal health and quality of life.

We support individuals with continuing care requirements, providing a high quality, bespoke care service.

Dementia Nursing

Our nurses and carers are trained to help manage residents with dementia, applying specialist techniques to help them minimise the impact of their symptoms but also seeing the person with dementia as an individual, rather than focusing on their illness or on abilities they may have lost.

Palliative Care

For residents requiring palliative care, we provide a recognised set of services aimed to make them comfortable with an emphasis on dignity, as well as easing the emotional distress that is suffered by their families and themselves during this difficult period.

Respite Care

We cater for all types of respite care, from relieving the permanent carer for the recommended period of one week through to holiday cover or taking responsibility for the resident for an extended period where their care needs are beyond the norm that the carer is set up to provide.
